Alice Jean Lloyd, 89, of Burlington, passed away on Friday, February 5, 2016 at the Masonic Home. Born and raised in Stroudsburg, PA, moved to Trenton, NJ in 1951
and later to the Masonic Home in Burlington, NJ in 2006. She and Griff spent 15 years as snowbirds in Zephyrhills, Florida.

She worked at NJ Farm Bureau and later in the Administrative Office of the Courts,
State of NJ for 15 years, retiring in October 1988.

She was a member of Victory Chapter #96, Order of the Eastern Star since Oct. 1963
and was a volunteer at the Masonic Home of NJ.
She was formerly a member of Trinity United Methodist Church of Ewing,
Oriental Shrine of Zephyrhills, FL, Mary's Circle, First United Methodist
Church, Zephyrhills, FL and Busy C's Senior Citizens Club, Ewing, NJ.

Daughter of the late Richard & Ruth Foote Hinton, she was predeceased by her husband
of 69 yrs., Griffith H. Lloyd, Jr., who passed on Dec. 26, 2015, and her daughter, Sandra R. Lloyd, who passed on Dec. 24, 2015 and her sister, Carolyn Peiffer. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Janet L. & Donald R. Garay of Ewing, NJ her grandchildren, Daniel Garay & his wife Melinda of Ewing, Timothy Garay & his wife Rachel of Philadelphia, great-granddaughter, Kalani Garay of Ewing; her sister, Patricia Tancredi of Langhorne, PA, and brother, R. Thomas Hinton of Mesa, AZ and nieces and a nephew.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 6 at 1 pm in the Masonic Home Chapel, 902 Jacksonville Rd., Burlington, NJ. Eastern Star Services at 1pm followed by the Memorial Service. Memorial contributions may be made to Shriner's Hospital, 2900 N. Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL, 33607 or Masonic Charity Foundation, Development Dept., 902 Jacksonville Rd., Burlington, NJ 08016.
