Obituary

Alfred J. Zeszotarski, 84, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2024 at his home with his family by his side.

Born in Jersey City, NJ, he had lived in Washington Township, Bergan County prior to moving to Allentown, NJ over 20 years ago. Alfred was an Army Veteran having been stationed in Germany and was a retired Engineer for Verizon for over 45 years. He loved boating with his family and friends. He also enjoyed skiing, tennis, golf, bowling, and playing cards. Alfred and his wife, Isabel, enjoyed traveling and he absolutely loved spending time with his granddaughter, Caitlyn.  He will be deeply missed.

He was predeceased by his parents, Adam Zeszotarski and Helen Wernicki Zeszotarski and by his sister, Dorothy. He is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Isabel Zeszotarski, his daughter and son-in-law, Annette and Thomas Kresky of Medford, NJ; and his son, Paul Zeszotarski of Allentown, NJ. He is also survived by his brother, Joseph Zeszotarski and his wife Cathie of Green Brook, NJ; his granddaughter, Caitlyn Kresky and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 on Friday, March 8, 2024 at St. John the Baptist Church, 1282 Yardville Allentown Rd, Allentown, NJ. Interment will follow in the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ. Friends may call Thursday, March 7th from 3pm to 6pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S Main St, Allentown, NJ.
