Albert Register, 80, of Allentown, passed away Tuesday January 1st at his home. Born in MacClenny, Fl; he was an Allentown area resident for many years. Mr. Register retired from the Navy as Chief Petty Officer in 1968 and in 1991, he retired from McGraw Hill in East Windsor after 22 years of employment. Albert and his wife enjoyed traveling cross country with their friends in their Air Stream trailer.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Margaret L. Register; a son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Kathleen Register of Hamilton; a daughter and son-in-law, Margaret and William Morris of Cream Ridge; four grandchildren, Shelby and Mikayla Register and Ashley and William Morris as well as extend family in Florida and Arizona and many friends.

Memorial service will be held Friday 1pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown. Interment will follow in Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown.
