Adel B. Imlay, 90, passed away Friday, July 11th, at Compassionate Care Hospice, Trenton. Born in Chesterfield, she had lived in the Chesterfield / Bordentown area all of her life. She and her husband owned and operated an eatery known as ""The Kennel"" for many years, in Bordentown Township.
Daughter of the late Russell B. and Emma Longstreet (nee Chafey), wife of the late Dean W. Imlay and sister of the late Newton Longstreet, she is survived by two sisters, Emily C. Watson of Plano, TX and Edith L. Coleman of Ocean Grove, NJ., a cousin, Virginia Holloway, second cousins, David and Patricia Adkinson, 12 nieces and nephews and close friend, Bettie Burke.
Funeral Service will be Tuesday 3:45 pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St., Bordentown. Friends may call from 2 pm until time of service. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family
